Payment and Billing

The payment for our service is a one-time fee. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your designated payment method at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Since Ragmos is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel. However, you may contact our customer service team if you have any issues with your purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as when there has been an error in billing or if the product is found to be defective. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the purchase date. All refund requests are subject to review, and approval is at our sole discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed within 9-15 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

Ragmos does not involve physical goods. If you encounter a technical issue with our service, please contact our support team for assistance. We do not offer refunds for technical issues unless our team determines that the issue was caused by a fault in our system that cannot be resolved.

Product Mismatch

If the service you receive does not match the description provided or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase. We will review your case and take appropriate action, which may include a refund or service adjustment.

Warranty Issues

Ragmos is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not provide warranties for any third-party services that may be integrated with our product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
